职位描述
岗位职责
1. Quality system implementation in work floor
2. Optimizes process for operational excellence through eliminating non-value added process，efficiency increase, quality improvement and cost reduction
3. Be responsible for all business pererrorformance in his/her errorarea; improving and standardizing work process;
4. Monitors the whole process to make sure the process run safely and efficiently; takes actions to assure meet customer demand;
5. Makes sure that operators comply to SOPs when they are working;
6. Makes headcount plan and training plan to meet customer demand and reduce labor cost;
7. Be responsible for coordinating the activities for different operational business;
8. Leads and improve materials management;
9. Be responsible for house keeping and implement 5S activities;
10. Finds improvement opportunities and lead projects to reduce cost;
11. Supports and attends production daily meeting.
12. Occasional overtime as needed
