Essential Responsibilities

• Support business strategy and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.
• Develop demo process and system in daily operation
• Drive demo physical equipment management in central flow process
• Lead China demo operation practice align with global team
• Drive QMS & EHS policy in demo operation to comply global requirement
• Collect internal customer training program needs and communicate with business to fulfill business requirements
• Arrange customer training agenda, quotation, and arrange daily logistics
• Develop and drive internal process for customer training program, make sure to comply with local and global policy
• Develop vendor management and arrange internal payment

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, Major in foreign trade/Finance/marketing/Project management or related;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial operations, project management or customer Services.
• Strong communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people;
• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.;
• Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
• Good English capability in both spoken and written.
