工作职责
Responsibility:
1.Managing IT service team for customers in the SaaS/PaaS Cloud industry.
2.Leading presales activities that are related to IT contents for potential services of SaaS/PaaS Cloud.
3.Knowledge management for IT infrastructure, Azure, O365 deployment and system administration
4.Performing product/project reviews and identifying/tracking issues for rectification, ensuring a continuous improvement in KPI matrix

Qualification:
1.Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment;
2.Be results-oriented and driven
3.University graduates, over 5 years of solid IT experience of multinational company, especially in customer service industry.
4.Good understanding of the technical aspects of cloud infrastructure and system management, with strong project management skills.
5.Ability to make balanced commercial judgments and provide pragmatic solutions.
6.Ability to lead a professional team in an effective manner. Working independently both at team member and leader level.
7.Flexibility to work across the functions and situations, and change priorities at short notice.
8.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in oral and written English and Chinese.
9.Current knowledge of the customer support services industry is an advantage
10.Good presentation, communication, and problem solving skills
11.A professional qualification such as MSITP/ CCNA
