岗位职责：
1、主持日常财务、会计及税务管理工作，管理监督基础财务的工作质量；
2、建立公司的会计核算体系，制定会计核算制度及财务管理制度，并监督执行；
3、编制实施企业预决算、财务收支和资金筹措计划，负责成本核算和控制；
4、定期组织资产清查盘点，保证财产安全；
5、确保资金的有效管理，加速资金周转，考核资金使用效果，规避资金和债务风险；
6、完成各项财务结算、会计核算，上报财务执行情况，为管理层提供分析数据；
7、定期清理往来帐户，及时催收和清偿款项，做好帐务核对，组织审计工作；
8、负责部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务内部相关指标，做好绩效考核管理；
9、全面负责帐务问题处理及税务的协调工作，维系好与银行及税务机关的关系。

Responsibilities:

9, has overall responsibility for coordinating the work of handling accounting and tax issues, and maintain good relationships with banks and tax authorities.


任职资格：
女性，27岁以上，上海本地户口。
1、财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历，持有会计从业资格证；
2、3-6年财务工作经验；
3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。

Qualifications:
Female, 27 years old, Shanghai local accounts.
1, accounting, finance, economics, management and other related professional degree or above, accounting qualification certificate holders;
2,3-6 years of experience in finance;
3, familiar with the country's financial policy, corporate financial systems and processes, computerized accounting, taxation versed in the relevant laws and regulations;
4, the ability of cost management, risk control and financial analysis;
5, good organization, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork, able to work under pressure.
