职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责现金、支票的收入保管、签发支付工作以及银行结算业务；
2、按照公司的财务制度报销结算公司各项费用并编制相关凭证，定期上缴各种完整的原始凭证；
3、熟悉发票的购销、开具流程，熟练使用办公软件；
4、根据公司领导的需要，编制各种资金流动报表；
5、配合会计人员做好每月的报税和工资的发放工作；
6、组织、协调与上级单位办理经济往来事宜；
7、及时完成领导交办的其他事务性工作。
Responsibilities:
1, responsible for cash, income checks custody, issuing work and bank payment and settlement business;
2, according to the company's financial institution fees and reimbursement of settlement companies preparing relevant documents, regularly turned over a variety of complete original documents;
3, familiar with the purchase and sale invoices, issuing process, skilled use of office software;
4, according to the company's leadership needs to prepare a variety of funds flow statement;
5, with the accounting staff to do the work of the monthly tax returns and payment of wages;
6, organization, coordination and economic exchanges between the parent unit handling matters;
7, the timely completion of other matters assigned by the leadership work.
任职条件：
1、女性，24岁以上，上海户口；
2、会计、财务或相关专业本、专科毕业，并取得会计从业资格证；
3、2年以上财务工作经验，熟悉出纳工作流程；
4、了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务；
5、熟悉会计报表的处理，熟练使用财务软件；
6、工作认真细致、善于沟通、富有责任心；
7、具有良好的职业道德，敬业精神和团队协作能力。
Qualifications:

2, accounting, finance or related professional, college graduate and obtain qualification certificates;
3,2 years of experience in finance, cashier familiar workflow;

6, work carefully, good communication, and responsible;
