职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责进出口相关单证的制作、管理及信用证审核；
2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档；
3、负责销售合同审核、订单录入、物流货运、销售收入、销售跟踪、落实订单的主要生产过程状态的跟催与衔接，直至订单的交付；
4、销售出货后及时对账、开票、回款；
5、 根据需要每月/周制作销售合同月报表及其他报表。
6、解决订单执行中的其他事项。
Responsibilities:
1, is responsible for the production and export related documents, credit management and audit;
2, collecting and collating various documents to complete the delivery notes, orders, bills of lading and other handling of checking documents, and basic data entry and archiving;
3, responsible for the sales contract review, order entry, logistics and freight forwarding, sales revenue, sales tracking, implementation and convergence with the reminder of the main production process status of orders, delivery orders until;
4, after the sale Reconciliation timely shipments, invoicing, cash;
5, according to the needs of each month / week making sales contract monthly statements and other reports.
6, solve order execution in other matters.
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
2、1年以上贸易单证相关领域工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉外贸单证操作流程，熟悉信用证及相关知识，有一定财务基础知识者优先考虑；
4、熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；
5、英文四级以上，熟练操作常用办公软件；
6、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
Qualifications:
1, tertiary and higher education, international trade, business English classes related professionals;
2,More than 1 years of work experience in the field of trade documents related preferred;
3, familiar with the operating procedures of foreign trade documents, letters of credit and are familiar with the relevant knowledge, those who have some basic knowledge of financial priorities;
4, familiar with freight forwarding operation process, familiar freight forwarding business and relevant expertise;
5, more than four in English, proficiency in common office software;
6, serious and responsible work, quick thinking, good sense of customer service and communication skills, strong coordination ability.
