工作职责：
1、从公司基层岗位做起，了解、熟悉公司各岗位不同业务类型及技能要求；
2、参加公司组织的各项知识技能和管理培训；
3、销售、市场、运营等各岗位轮岗实习。

管理培训生项目针对的是优秀的应届毕业生或者刚毕业的优秀人才，被选中的培训生将在不同的岗位进行轮岗以帮助对公司业务有深入的了解，最终当培训生的表现评估被认可后，我们将根据他们的表现从不同部门中指派一个特定的岗位，或到公司在其他地方的分公司担任团队关键职位，开拓外地市场。
Qualifications:
1. Strong sense of service, skilled use of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
