Job description

工作地点：北京或上海

1. Develop the sales growth for the China agricultural Equipment business.

2. Steer the China business according to strategic objectives set by the management through adapting to the overall business strategy of , leveraging on the current product portfolio, issuing monthly report and setting of account strategy

3. Strongly business development with the new potential client and also the maintenance of the relationship of existing clients

4. Secure market share, minimize competition and explore new markets for the business.

5. Manage, coach and develop team members.

Requirements

1. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Business Management

2. Experience from the Agricultural Irrigation Equipment industry is required, preferably in technical or Project sales

3. Leadership experience for at least five years

4. Good English communication skills

5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
