岗位概要: Key Performance Area

负责GM中国酸奶产品的所有相关原物料，包材，辅料等的产品开发和采购；

酸奶物料供应商的开发与管理.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

配合酸奶产品的上市需求，开发和寻找奶源，果粒，菌种，塑料杯，铝膜盖，玻璃瓶等所有相关原料包材的合格供应商，并进行筛选和认证；

与研发和市场部门合作，指导协调合格供应商一起开发制定出符合中国市场要求的所有原料包材的配方和标准；

密切关注所有原物料的市场动态和价格走势，分析和预测大宗物料的走势，负责与所有合格厂商进行原料包材的价格谈判和合同签署，

协同品控部门，定期查核各原料包材供应商的工厂管理状况，严格控制原物料的到货质量；

开发和采购其他相关辅助产品；

协调后续所有酸奶物料的日常供应。

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

大学本科, 有6年以上相关采购经验.

具备良好的采购谈判技能,职业素养, 系统流程知识.

有一定的英文基础,流利的英文听说读写的能力
