JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:

Acquisition Manager

Job Purpose:

§Develop property pipeline and deliver quality sites, Establish good relationship with strategic partners and give due support to property executive to achieve targets

Key Accountabilities

(What needs to be done-tasks/activities)

Develop Property Pipeline

§Build up relationship with local government and strategic partnership with landlord for group deals

§Build up good relationship with all the agents and personal channels with major competitors to collect latest property action, strategies, sales data etc

§Lead and help property executive in negotiation with landlord to get better terms and conditions

§Conduct market research based on city mapping, analyze and identify good sites for delivery

§Renew old store in budge and deal with the important cases by oneself

Team Building

§ Help team member to improve skills in potential site’s analysis, evaluation and negotiation with landlord for lease condition and contract

§Give due support to team member to deliver sites

Coordination with Ops and Construction team

§Coordinate with the landlord in the affairs of electricity, water and air-conditioner’s supply

§Coordinate with the landlord to provide detailed information of new project

§ Monitor the landlord to obey the handover condition according the contract

What Key Performance Indicators will be measured to evaluate success?

§Complete individual and teamwork target of annual stores, achieve the turnover forecast

§Acquaintance information of market timely

§Acquaintance information of competition timely

§Help to coordinate with landlord and maintain stores managing normally

§Negotiate and adjust stores as required

Experience/ Knowledge

Skills/Competencies

Essential:

? Bachelor degree or above

? Familiar with the relevant regional information

? Relevant working experience of 5 years or above

? Familiar with relevant laws and policies

Essential:

? Ability of communication and negotiation

? Ability to work independently

Desirable:

? Similar brand, agency, or landlord with more than 5 years related working experience
