我们为储备经理配备了系统的“领军人物养成计划”课程以及1对1的导师辅导支持：

- 最初2年，理论与实践相结合，从掌握餐厅工作站操作及基本管理知识开始，逐项学习财务管理、人力资源计划、服务管理、物流与库存等18门管理课程，考核通过后即可晋升成为餐厅副理。
- 之后1-2年继续学习3门课程：绩效管理、餐厅营销及团队管理，由此逐渐荣升为独当一面、带领百人团队、掌管千万营业额的餐厅经理，成为百胜的核心人物。

具备以下条件，即可申请：
- 拥有大专以上学历
- 热情开朗，善于与人沟通
- 适应倒班和高效的工作环境
- 乐于从事连锁餐饮零售业

薪资福利：
- 薪资约为：3600 元/月
- 依照国家规定购买五险一金及提供带薪年假（10天），享有商业医疗保险等。
