职位描述：
1. 营业管理，全面负责餐厅日常运行.对店面内部的管理组人员进行工作督导，帮助他们不断提高业务能力。
2. 负责店面人员管理,人员沟通,绩效管理,招募餐厅员工(根据工作动机,工作标准,团队合作等方面进行筛选)主导人员入职简介,并主持各项培训事宜, 组织各项培训和活动.
3. 检查员工的工作情况和服务规范、各项规章制度的执行的情况
职位要求：
专科学历以上，年龄：28-35岁。
有五年以上连锁餐饮管理工作经验至少一年品牌餐饮店长管理经验有大型外资(连锁餐厅/品牌餐饮)店长工作经验者优先责任心强，具备较强的沟通能力和组织领导能力
