职位描述：
1、全面把握产品的功能及非功能需求，设计有效的测试策略；
2、负责研发特定的测试技术，提升整体测试效率和质量；
3、研发符合业务特色的测试框架及测试工具；
4、负责产品自动化测试方案设计、自动化测试脚本编码；

技能要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 熟悉WEB技术，如DOM/XML/HTML/CSS/JS/VBS/XPATH；
3. 具备编码能力，会使用RUBY/C/JAVA/PHP 语言中的一种或几种进行开发；
4. 熟悉开源测试工具框架及相关扩展应用；
5. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的学习、沟通和团队合作能力。
