Responsibilities:
Assist to deal with the daily IT help desk task.
Responsible for computer system and software installment and adjustment.
Help the senior IT Engineer to manage and maintain the Office Networking facility, Printer, PBX and etc.
Help the senior IT Engineer to manage the server backup status
Trouble shooting & provide the solution for both computer hardware and software issue.
Other requests assigned by the IT manager.
Some other document jobs;

Requirements:
College degree or above, majored in Computer Science or Information Technology
Familiar with windows platform.
Basic understanding for installment, adjustment and trouble shooting for both software and hardware
English capable with CET-4
Guarantee 4 working days per week and 6 months Intern period or above
System Developing Experience will be a plus

工作内容与职位要求
1.协助处理IT 日常help desk工作；
2.协助公司所有计算机操作系统，常用软件的安装调试；
3.协助公司所有计算机硬件，网络硬件，打印机，电话交换机等设备维护；
4.协助公司所有服务器备份情况；
5.有快速解决各类计算机软、硬件故障能力；
6.完成IT经理分配的其他任务；
7.处理IT内部文案工作；



任职要求

1、计算机或IT相关专业，大学专科以上学历

2、熟练掌握Windows操作系统相关使用

3、对软硬件的安装、调试、故障原因有一定得了解

4、有一定的英文读写能力

5、保证每周至少4天工作，能兼职或实习6个月或以上

6、具有软件开发经验的优先考虑
