Community Relations (35%)
? Manage local Magic digital and organized play communities
? Interface with external online community leaders across the broader Magic ecosystem
? Manage social media channels
? Develop and maintain communication strategies and plans
Social Media Development (35%)
? Editorial content – creation/direction of relevant content for communities
? User generated content – foster development/promotion of crowd sourced/ UGC content
? Design and develop social media campaigns to reinforce and augment traditional brand marketing
? Develop and maintain social media strategies and programs
Global Leadership (20%)
? Empower and provide ongoing guidance to local WPN partners to ensure meaningful community engagement national wide
? Produce materials to promote and support the store-level community network
Other (10%)
? Monitor social media and community conversations, report on metrics
? Share player insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance future marketing and OP planning
? Identify and champion various tools, guidelines, and policies to strengthen and grow Magic communities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Knowledge of discussion and content management tools and services required
? Superior scheduling, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
? Strategic thinking ability
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Strong initiative; ability to work without constant supervision
? Highly creative, resourceful, and visionary
? Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Training:
? B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree or work experience
? Previous management experience highly desired
? Strong computer skills including mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Prior Related Experience:
? 2+ years of direct experience with community, content, and social media management required
? Previous experience with Magic: The Gathering desired
? Strong understanding of the Magic: The Gathering communities desired
Travel Requirements (% of time per year)
? Minimal travel expected
Time Expected to Reach Full Performance Level in Position:
? 3 months
Physical Requirements:
? Office environment, able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time
