POSITION TITLE
Learning & Development Manager

BUSINESS LINE
Integrated Facilities Management

REPORTING TO
Head of Human Resources, IFM China

POSITION GOALS
L&D Manager will support IFM HR Head in developing and executing the L&D strategy and programs in support of IFM China business strategy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR Head in developing and implementing a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development and building internal capability;
- Work with key stakeholders to identify training and development needs to come up with yearly training plan and budget;
- Working collaboratively with region, corporate and Hub HR teams, deploy the cost-effective ways to develop and deliver the right learning solutions, identifying and agreeing appropriate mechanism for delivery;
- Leverage regional and corporate resources to design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers; evaluate the quality and impact for on-going improvement, development and implementation of future solutions;
- Oversee the effective delivery of learning interventions and identify the connections and synergies between different issues across hubs to ensure integrated solutions are developed;
- Manage internal trainer program, drive accreditation of internal trainers and constantly expand the pool to meet needs at different level;
- Identify, select and manage external training agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards;
- Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary;
- Oversee and support annual account/site training plan development, progress and completion;
- Manage training dashboard on activities, costs, etc;
- Manage the central L&D budget;- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by HR Head.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum 5 years' concrete experience in Learning & Development, other HR functions a plus;
- Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees;
- Ability to liaise and engage effectively and develop good working relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Motivational with a positive attitude at all times, ability to work well under pressure;
- Well organized, innovative, adaptive, thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility while retaining business disciplines;
- Good command of spoken and written English.
