JOB FUNCTION-REQUIREMENTS:

岗位目标：

This role is to make communication between ASM and HQ of BHCN more effective. The position will provide deeper analysis for the direct supervisor to better understand the situation and help on planning also.

这一岗位是为了加强博赏中国大区销售经理和总部之间的有效沟通。它将为一线管理者提供更深入的分析，帮助其更好的了解情况，制定计划。

Duties & Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1.Summarize, coordinate paper works for the area. The paper works include but not limited as sales data, inventory, work report, market information/ feedback required by marketing department.

为销售大区总结并处理书面工作，包括但不限于销售数据、存货、工作报告、市场部要求的市场信息及反馈；

2.Analyse sales staff performance, market situation under the requirement of ASM.

按照大区经理的要求，分析销售人员业绩及市场情况；

3.Help ASM to make planning required by BHCN HQ.

帮助大区经理制定符合总部要求的计划；

4.Help ASM to monitor the compliance requirement on reimbursement.

帮助大区经理监督员工报销，确保其符合公司的合规政策；

5.Manage DA, gimmicks, reprints, sampling if required by ASM.

按照大区销售经理要求管理产品资料，产品样品等；

6. Other office work required by ASM not included above.

大区销售经理指派的其它工作。

Qualifications and Experience:

任职要求：

1.College degree or above.

大专及以上学历；

2.At least 2 years working experience, with at least 1 year as office clerk.

至少2年工作经验，其中至少1年办公室文员工作经历；

3.Computer skill is a must.

电脑操作技能；

4.English – able to read.

英语书面阅读能力。
