Responsible:
- Planning, initiating and controlling of quality assurance measurements (with regard to accuracy, completeness, reliability, installability and performance) for all goods and services within new projects (Supplier Process Audits, samples check, etc.) to ensure that our products meet the quality requirements of customers
- Assessment and introduction of potential new suppliers in close cooperation with Supplier Management and Category Management
- Support sourcing process for components based on defined quality requirements (conduct SCR, FC, SC...)
- Focus on introduction of mechanic components and management of the samples' quality performances of all components and services before series production
- Execute Component Qualification and Component Approval (APQP, PPAP, Run@Rate)
- Ensure start-up of new products (SLC…)
Drive root cause analysis and force the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measurements at the supplier
Pro-active and consistent supplier management
- Development/maintenance of the SQM process in accordance with the quality guidelines to minimize the duration and costs of the process, avoid frictional losses and gaps in the interface to the development departments and other QA departments, and fulfil the ISO/TS 16949 criteria
- Support manager in case of escalation

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronic Automation or equivalent
- 1-3 years of working experiences in the automotive industry, experience in procurement processes and in procurement-related functional areas
- Experience in utilization and application of advanced Quality Management Tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP..), especially in the area of mechanical suppliers desirable
Experience in supporting to perform Quality Audits (Process, System ..)
- Basic (Product) knowledge,Advance Quality knowledge in the Automotive industry,Advance English,IT-Tools and methods,Advance MS-Office
