This is a training supervisor role in HQ. The roel will report to China Training manager directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• to design, implement & follow up of key training programs
• to maintain and develop internal trainer system to improve the internal key knowledge management
• to maintain & improve the E-learning system in China region
• to take part in talent development programs in China region
• to maintain routine training records in accordance with the training process, and monitor training budgetary control
• to take responsibility of training management

Key Requirements:

• at least three to five years working experience in the field of training
• excellent communication skills, good at team work, hardworking, result orientated & creative thinking
• good English ability for both spoken and written
• proficiency in office software, like PPT & Excel
• good presentation skills
• good interpersonal skills
