One acclaimed foreign company is looking for an experienced supply chain manager to develop its business in China with an attractive salary packages and long term career development for its new plant.


Key Responsibilities:

? lead plant PC&L team to achieve department objectives and deliver budget on production, shipping, planning, inventory, warehousing and packaging
? overall manage customer demand / forecast, planning / inventory systems and logistics system to insure high on-time delivery for customers’ satisfaction
? implement strong production control and lean kaizen: level scheduling, tracking schedule attainment, control of material movement and information flow
? manage inventory levels to meet / beat budget commitment
? review inventory status by category, E&O, sleeping time in weekly
? supervise warehouse team to support manufacturing / quality daily operation, maintain receiving / shipping / storage, and meet FIFO / traceability requirement. implement visual management, pull & lean system in warehouse
? lead site central packaging team for finish goods packaging design and optimization
? review and approve all raw materials packaging solution submitted by suppliers
? lead plant logistics team for import and export, domestic transportation operations and continue improvement programs

Key Requirements:

? bachelor's degree or above
? excellent English (oral and written)
? strong computer application skill (Microsoft office) and ERP skill
? strong leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. supervisory and management experience
? self-motivated, can work under high pressure and dynamic environment
? APICS knowledge and CPIM / CSCP certificates is a bonus
? strong problem solving skills working knowledge about international trade and material flow constraints
? at least five years’ experiences in production planning / material management
? experience in MRP/ERP system
? experience in a large or international manufacturing firm
