Key responsibilities：

? Manage and develop the financial reporting processes together with finance and business organization.
? Ensure reporting process and reporting content comply with local regulatory and IFRS requirements as well as with all timetables.
? Support financial accounting, tax and controlling organizations to develop the accounting-reporting processes and content.
? Maintain effective communication with inter group and external authorities and act as a key contact point for any financial issue related to IFRS group reporting.
? Act as a support person in IFRS financial reporting questions and key user of Hyperion.
? Develop and mentor financial organization and provide competencies training and coaching.

Technical competencies：

? Finance / Accounting / Business Degree.
? Professional Accounting Qualification.
? Deep understanding of IFRS principles and local GAAP requirement.
? Modern ERP system competence and experience (e.g. SAP)
? Hyperion (HFM) reporting experience

General competencies：

? Capability to work in dynamic and international environment.
? Adaptability to changing objectives and priorities.
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to build relationships between teams, reporting lines and matrix structures.
? Willingness to develop talented people.
? Ability to manage processes.
? Analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
? Fluent in English.
