Main responsibilities:
- Support presales activities in IMS Project.
- Responsible for IMS nodes’ installation, integration and testing.
- Take leader role in end to end integration and testing of IMS project.
- Take leader role in customer support of IMS project.

Main Activities:
- Support SA on IMS solution low level design.
- Support CPM on resource and time plan of IMS project.
- Support other colleagues’ IMS competence development.
- IMS Hardware installation, configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
- Totally lead onsite implementation and testing activities.
- Handling customer support request according to ericsson processes and defined service level agreement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, telecom/datacom engineering, computer science or a relevant area.
- Deep understanding on common telecom core network.
- Min. 2 years experiences on IMS nodes installation, integration and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with IP network and good experience on common network device installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, strong learning capability and communication skills.
- Good wring and speaking english skills.
- Be willing to travel.
