Job Objective:
Radio network consultant is to be responsible for delivery of radio network design and radio network optimization service. He/she will work in China and Northeast Asia to deliver services and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA/LTE radio network planning and optimization services delivery
? Be responsible for providing support to develop service products/tools
? Be responsible for providing technical support to pre-sales activities
? Providing RF support to technical trial of new technology
? Around 75% working time will travel outside Beijing

Qualifications

? Minimum graduates from junior college in Telecommunications/Computer area or equivalent.
? Skilled communicator: besides fluent in Chinese, good command of English (spoken + written)
? Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
? Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
? Experience in radio network design and optimization projects will be preferred
? Proven knowledge of software development will be a plus
? Be proactive, self motivated and work independently
? Be open minded and well structured
? Be customer orientated
? Ability and willing to traveling within and outside China
? A good team player
