One acclaimed foreign company is looking for an experienced material planner to develop its business in China with an attractive salary packages and long term career development for its new plant.

Key Responsibilities:

? based on production schedule and demand forecast, develop direct materials detailed short-term, middle term and long term purchase order (PO) and rolling forecast sharing with vendor regularly
? be responsible for each PO and rolling forecast fulfillment to ensure materials supply to production, as well as long term materials supply risk measurement
? with quality team to solve any quality issue when vendor PO fulfillment to ensure materials supply upon company quality standard
? regularly monitor ingredients potential write-off risk and develop necessary action to minimize materials loss. dispose expired / damaged ingredients timely via appropriate procedure in system and physically
? coordinate new ingredients qualification project with divisional / area purchasing team and related plant teams for materials localization, cost saving and supply ensured purpose
? ingredients supplier management via supplier scorecard and improve supplier service level

Key Requirements:

? at least three years in materials planning / purchasing support area working experience
? fluent English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing
? good computer skills and ERP systems
