SCOPE AND GOALS OF THE POSITION
To guarantee an efficient and effective goods inwards/products output flux management and the referring documentation, as well as an effective production planning in order to ensure the maximum Brembo customers satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Contributes, in cooperation with his collaborators, with the Plant Manager and with the Manufacturing Manager, to the elaboration and validation of the plan and budget of the Dept. according to the deadline scheduled following the company calendar, according to the guidelines pointed out in the Plant plan and budget;
Guarantees the elaboration of the budget concerning the commercial plan feasibility, submitting it to the Plant Manager;
Ensures the customer relation management in order to check any possible program variations;
Guarantees an efficient integration of his activities with all the other Plant Depts.;
Ensures the elaboration of periodic reports concerning the progress of processes of his responsibility, underlining critical issues or developing areas and suggesting improvement solutions;
Guarantees the substantial and formal rightness of displaced goods’ accounting for his area of reference;
Ensures the compliance of procedures and/or instructions related to the periodical / annual inventories and the referring corrections management, as well as the warehouse mechanical-fiscal alignment;
Guarantees strategies and plans for the optimization of activities related to: Scheduling, Stock Reduction, PDC (Production Disposability Calling), Slow moving, Floor Stock, etc;
Ensures the suppliers Service Index formulation and the following sharing with the Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager;
Guarantees monitoring of Customer service level defining the reliability standards of the service itself;
Ensures the presidium of Consignment Stock politics;
Implements, according to the established politics, the managerial actions more suitable for ensuring high motivation, professional qualities improving developing of the assigned human resources;
Cooperates with the Plant Safety and Environment Manager in monitoring safety and environment risks, informing the Plant Manager about new or previously unknown risks.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 10 years of practical experience with an international company of which at least 3 years should be at a senior supervisory level
Good co-ordination and communication and time management skills.
Strong leadership
Experience with ERP management software; Just in Time management etc. is essential.
