Support sales team for services and rates enquiry, and prepare quotation
Handle overseas agents enquiry
Handle VIP account and order follow up
Handle customer complaint
Rate sheet and shipping schedule preparation.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Over 3-year working experience in freight forwarding field
Initiative, dedication, team player

Skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Computer skills
Able to work under pressure
