Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The Battery System Engineer will work on battery pack and its control system position to support the product development of hybrid electric and battery electric vehicles in Ford motor company, vehicle launch on-site support and quality improvement;
2. Assist in development of plans, strategies, requirements and process for Li-ion battery pack and its BMS control system;
3. Lead design battery pack and its control system for hybrid or pure electric vehicle;
4. Perform battery pack and BMS control system testing, calibration and optimize control strategy and parameters;
5. Support battery system integration development up to vehicle level on time with quality;
6. Lead battery pack and its control system data analysis for quality improvement with cross function team;
7. Support battery pack system material selections and supplier evaluations;
8. Lead battery pack system lab test setup and regular maintenance.
Experience and Background Skills Desired:
1. Bachelor or higher degree in electrochemistry engineering, power electronics, electrical & electronics, is preferred;
2. Good knowledge of Li-ion battery working principle, DC/DC power electronics, power supply;
3. 3-10 years of hands-on experience in battery cell or pack design, electrical and electronics control system development, testing, manufacturing, is preferred;
4. Extensive experience in battery balancing technology, is preferred
5. Good knowledge of modeling and simulation technology, such as CAD, Matlab, Labview, Simulink etc;
6. Excellent project management skill, is preferred
7. Good knowledge of hybrid vehicle or pure electric vehicle;
8. Good English skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking;
9. Willing to trip in domestic and oversea;
10. Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
11. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks

注明：本职位前期约半年在深圳工作，后期需要到宁波研发基地长期工作，偶尔去欧洲出差。
