TASKS

· Operate, monitor, inspect and manage plant and systems for centralized cooling lubricant systems, waste water treatment plant, service and maintain individually filled cooling lubricant systems, manage washing media for industrial washing machines, manage water treatment plant, manage paint processing unit, laboratory analyses)

· Check peripheral equipment

· Maintain plant ledgers / documentation

· Carry out repair work

· Arrange repairs in coordination with line manager

· Take samples of and analyze process materials and carry out adjustment measures

· Check and inspect the instrumentation and control systems

· Supervise work done by contractors

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in operating cooling lubricant and waste water treatment plant

· Individual must be willing to work weekends and be on-call

· Possess technical understanding

· Must be able to work independently

· Computer skills are desirable

· Normal working hours, individual must be prepared to work in 2 shift system, single workstation

· Fast decision-making skills, capability to immediately repair damage occurring on plant and systems

· English language skills required
