Main duties:

Customer support:
1. cooperate with sales team and provide good service to customers
2. PO management, schedule delivery planning upon customers’ requests
3. Prepare monthly statement and monitor customers’ payments
4. Cooperate with forwarders and chose suitable transportation mode

Project support:
1. Cooperate with project team from CNC samples to MP
2. Raw material procurement
3. Coordinate with OEM and follow closely production planning


Special knowledge and character:
1. Good level of English
2. At least have 2 years customer support experience
3. Good communication, negotiation skills and fast learner
4. Good knowledge of Incoterms 2010 and familiar with export and import clearance procedure
5. Familiar with ERP system (Navision if possible) and material planning
