Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize controls calibrations to meet performance and timing targets.
• Develop and provide functional calibration sub-sets for each hybrid/diagnostic subsystem.
• Conduct calibration reviews to ensure high quality.
• Diagnose and correct vehicle, system, and controls deficiencies.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate calibration activities to maximize resource efficiency.
• Utilize analytical tools to develop & verify calibrations.
• Integrate use of modeling, simulation, combustion analysis.
• Support algorithms development.
• Comply with all safety precautions and requirements, and treat safety as the top priority during all work activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in ME, EESE, Powertrain Engineering, or Vehicle Calibration.
• Familiar with calibration tools including ETAS and/or ATI, CAN and Mat lab.
• 2+ years calibration experience in Engine, Transmission, Electric & Electrical System Engineering, or Electrification (Hybrid/EV) systems.
• Familiar with Ford Global Product Development Process, is preferred.
• HV Controls or Architecture on hybrid vehicle and / or electric vehicle.
• Self- motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of Emission Regulatory Requirements Worldwide.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Up to 30% domestic and international travel may be required.
• Excellent project management skill, is preferred.
• Good communication skills, includes in English.
