Responsibilities:

• SPOC for any field issue & Lead containment actions development with support from cross-function team for responsible programs.
• Leads and tracks key program reporting metrics (TGW, etc.).Analyze quality indicators to identify high impact issues, prioritize action plans with LEA PVT Team.
• To host regular quality review meetings with cross-function teams. (MP&L/ Manufacturing quality/FCSD, etc.).
• Actively working with LEA team on any plant stop ship issue to minimize impact to China sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate AP BU issues to AP/LEA/Global teams as required to achieve satisfactory issue resolutions.
• Execute work plans to deliver BU programs quality target achievement for AP Region (Quality scorecard delivery).
• Support BU quality status review in multiple meeting cadences (AP VLBT/ Global QPST/Global PMR), stand in for PVT supervisor on required base.
• Compile key lessons learned to forward model programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5 to 8 years of related experience.
• Preferred previous experience: Engineering, Launch and/or Program Management - good problems solving skills.
• A solid understanding/experienced in applying GQIP, BSAQ and VFG/VRT processes.
• Ability to understand customer issues based on internal & external quality indicators.
• Strong Leadership Skills - High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results, capable of developing others.
• Business acumen - business case analysis.
• Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• High integrity with good attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Good contacts within Global engineering team.
