Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing APA TVM projects.
• Work with chassis engineers to deliver TVM projects on time.
• Analysis TVM projects status and report to management team.
• Host regular meeting with LVEA engineer to make TVM projects going forward.
• Host regular meeting with plant engineer to make TVM projects implement on time.
• Host regular meeting with chassis management team to track TVM projects status.
• Attend regular meeting with APA TVM team to report TVM projects.
• Work with JV TVM meeting acting as bridge between JV and LVEA.
• Co-ordinate APA cross functional team to generate new cost reduction ideas
• Responsible for organizing APA gap week meeting, leading discussion on TVM ideas, analyzing TVM gap, reporting out work plan for gap closure.
• Responsible for managing China Chassis Quality analysis.
• Analyze chassis quality data for the China and report to management team.
• Identify potential quality concerns.
• Work with chassis engineers to deliver China quality improvement actions.
• Lead regular quality meeting with China engineering and management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Preferred experience with Chassis components or systems (steering, suspension, brakes).
• Chassis engineering or project management experience is preferred.
• Familiar with automotive parts, components and general manufacturing process is preferred.
• Familiar with Engineering tools, process is preferred.
• Good analytical ability, work across matrix organization, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English, good communication skill and reporting skill.
• Team player. Ability to develop her-/himself to a subject matter expert.Adaptable to new situations and challenges.
