Location: 重庆
Responsibilities:
Ensure supervision of all the health and safety related matters
Ensure the on time delivery
Monitor level of productivity in terms of equipment efficiency, continuous improvement, self-maintenance
Ensure the optimization of assigned manpower performance
Manage the organizational development of the assigned human capital, assuring the widening of workers multiskilling abilities
Ensure the continuous improvement of process/product quality
Monitor the workshop costs trend
Promote and provide a working environment conducive to employee morale, good work attitude and maximum effectiveness; facilitate communications among team members, between teams and other areas
Related EHS responsibility
Requirements:
In depth understanding of production processes (assembe)
Knowledge of international production and quality methodologies and standards
Former experiences in the implementation of production activities will be a valuable plus
Experiences in leadership
Good english
