JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Lead the deployment of WCM program
-Deploy WCM in other plants and ensure continuity of WCM for plants already concerned by the program
-Identify, communicate and keep updated technical improvement potentials of each plant concerned by WCM program.
-Set priorities and ensure WCM program allows to get significant cost savings and significant improvements on the shop floor on productivity, quality, reliability and working conditions of operators, as well as staff knowhow.
-Coach site WCM managers.
-Organize cross audits of team boards and machine boards
-Organize common trainings between the different plants and ensure knowhow consolidation
-Manage the relationship with EFESO consultant in a cost effective way, while ensuring quality of training
-Communicate and publicize gains, performance and progress to ensure large spreading of WCM culture among the organization
-Ensure communication and best practice sharing with other branches of SG, coordinate shared trainings when required
-Report accurately and critically the gains, difficulties and challenges to management and worldwide WCM Director.
KPI system
-Set up the comprehensive KPI system to measure the industrial performance, iron making, pipe plant and foundry plants, on production rate, stoppages, quality, material consumption, etc.
-To collect the up-to-date KPI from all plants, make bench mark and analysis to identify the area of improvement.
-To Benchmark our performance to the best in the activity, identify the area of improvement
-With the analysis of loss (gap to the best practice), identify the financial loss and work with plants to evaluate feasibility and cost of improvement. Work with the plants to propose to the management the priorities of improvement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 4-years university degree, major in engineering.
-5-10 years working experience in Industrial environment.
-Skillful in computer application.
-Knowledge of industrial engineering and manufacturing management
-Fluent in English.
-Good organization, presentation and communication ability

随着圣戈班集团在华投资的不断加大,徐州基地生产规模不断扩大。2009年新增大口径铸铁管件和超大口径铸管生产线。
