I JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title: Pre-sales engineer

Department: Technical Sales

Report to: Technical Sales Manager

II JOB OBJECTIVES

  • To promote our products, especially new products or special applications to clients, in term of its performance at the project study and pipeline design stage.
  • To complete the E-doc system in term of PAM knowledge structure and PAM study. Focus on competitive material study and benchmark PAM advantage with others.
  • To promote PAM product differentiation into tender documents.

III JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Promote product, new product and special applications to new customers, on the product performance relating to pipeline design.
  • Support clients to integrate the PAM new product and solutions into their study.
  • Work closed with marketing on the marketing survey before new product launching.
  • Work closed with TDC on the new product research and development.
  • Provide training to sales team on new product promotion.
  • Assist exhibitions in coordination with marketing department.
  • Support tendering team to complete tender documents and to provide feasibility suggestion on product differentiation.
  • Understand well between different competitive material pipes and build up documents system.
  • Complete the documents system to show PAM advantage to clients, including technology, service and professional.
  • Understand well the relative article and knowledge of soil survey.
  • Offer soil survey service to customer.

IV JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor degree, technical related majors, water and wastewater engineering or metal material will be plus.
  2. Self-motivated spirit is required.
  3. Good communication skill.
  4. Good planning and problem solving ability are really appreciated.
  5. Language: Fluent English is required.
  6. Familiar with CAD application.
