Job Summary

Provide the professional process technical support for new products industrialization, maintenance and transferred-out, as well as leading support for global ESS/EMS sites.

Work in the area of Manufacturing, Industrial engineering, Mechanical and Final assembly process, to deliver DFM FA and PFMEA, production flow and system, standard time and routine, work instruction and operation training, layout and capacity.

Apply modern manufacturing technology and industrial engineering knowledge to set up lean production system and lead continuous improvement of product and production process to achieve Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Whole project schedule control from process engineering. Analyze and manage process related project risk.

· Drive DFM FA and PFMEA activities from technical perspective and provide professional solution and RCA support.

· Make Work Study to optimize standard time, line balance, efficiency and productivity.

· Make out the layout and capacity solution and implement against customer demand.

· Design and implement lean production process, ensure timely, high quality and cost-effective production system setup for product introductions in ENC.

· Lead and participate in the continuous improvement activities with global design and ESS/EMS sites.

· Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above of first level University above.

· Major In the area of Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.

· Good knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.

· >3 years working experience as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in electronics/machinery manufacturing is preferred.

· Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.

· Well organized and have structure thinking.

· Good communication skill and project management skill.

· Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

· Preferred Qualification & Experience Requirements

· Good process management and Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.
