Job ummary

Review Product design from production view, align design and production with low cost and high quality solution.prepare the new production/design technology for future.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Analyze product design solutions and suggest possible improvements from production view.(DFM Final Assembly)

· New Production Technology study and implementation from supply/design view.

· Do professional Root Cause Analysis on the product quality and process failures, and provide the solving solution with high competence in Mechanical and Electronic knowledge.

· Design and implement lean production process and make operation standards to ensure building in quality.

Position Qualification

· A university diploma, or above in the area of Mechanical Engineering.

· More than 4 years working experience as Mechanical and Electronic designer, or Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer.

· Rich experience in Machining, Die-casting, Extrusion,punch and Final Assembly is preferred.

· Product mechanical design experience is preferred.

· Good process management knowledge and familiar with Six Sigma tools is preferred.

· Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.Good communication and analysis skill.

· Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
