Main Job Purposes:
? Responsible for performing tests in accordance with test plans drawn up in conjunction with the design engineer, test standards manager and capturing the results in test reports.
? Critically analyze the testing results and draw improvement conclusions from the test.
? Keep a pragmatic view of the test/test prototypes and report accurate results

Key Accountabilities:
? Responsible for the accurate testing of various Hyva product groups.
? Receive the test request/plan and provide input regarding the possibilities of the operational implementation of the testing.
? Responsible for the preparation of the test setup.
? Perform the tests in accordance with the applicable guidelines and in compliance with the occupational health and safety, environmental and safety regulations.
? Concerts during the execution of the tests with the Product Engineer on the progress and possible common problems.
? Carry out in consultation with the Product Design Engineer technical adjustments to the test products- in order to ensure an accurate test.
? Responsible for preparation of the test reports.
? Draw from the testing and the targets as set out in the test plan conclusions and make this a test reporting.
? The test provides for reporting the required information (e.g. photos).
? Submit the test reports to the Product Engineer and discuss this and apply.
? Provide the test in consultation with the Product Engineer reporting to the Test manager.
? Assume the correct filing of the test reporting with associated files (photos, databases with measurements, etc.)
? Responsible for the proper management and use of the goods to be used for the work, materials and work environment.
? Carry out various support activities ie. occasionally produce test benches, test samples, specify test equipment.
? Documentation & Implementation of ISO Procedure.
? Engineering Data Preparation in BAAN IV,

The job holder will work with the R&D members of Development, Design and Producibility

Professional qualification and experience
Critical Knowledge:
? University degree in Engineering or Mechanical Product Application subject
? Technically sound and have experience in product testing.
? The incumbent shall have excellent commercial acumen and knowledge of product costing,
? Good knowledge of hydraulics, related electronic and electrical systems, Pneumatics and Welding etc..
? Have product knowledge and is familiar with safety rules.
? Proficient in 3D CAD software as well as thorough knowledge of ERP system.
? Fluent in written and spoken English
Critical Skills:
? Effective presentation and communication skills
? Problem solving skills.
? Be able to use test and measurement tools (Sensor control, keys, tape measure, etc.)
? Analysis skills.
? A bit of welding experiences
Critical Experience:
? 3-6 years of experience in the field of Design preferably in an international industrial (corporate) environment
