Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activity relating to the receiving, warehousing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
Responsible for supervising the warehouse team and ensuring the smooth handling of all stock and materials coming into / out of the warehouse.
Make warehouse operation procedure and work instruction. Make warehouse layout according to business required.
Follow warehouse management process for receiving and shipping, and submit the abnormal report timely.
Organize training for warehouse operator to follow warehouse SOP. Training warehouse employees on working ability/skills, improve warehouse running efficiency.
Organize cycle stock taking to ensure the inventory is the same as system record, for any discrepancy of stock-taking, analyze the reason and give the report to manager.
Supervise warehouse employee input data into SAP system correctly for goods receiving or distribution.
Ensure warehouse achieve the task of company required, ensure warehouse get across quality audit and finance audit.
In charge of Inv accuracy, deliver on time for customer, aged control and cost control.
Monitor 5S in warehouse and organize training for warehouse operator to follow 5S rule.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 3 years management experience on Logistics & W/H.
Good English written and spoken skills.
Good data analysis capability, Strong Skill in ERP system and Microsoft Word , Excel & PPT.
Strong sense of accountability and urgency, good interpersonal/communication skill, and excellent customer-oriented sense.
Self-initiative and be able to work under great pressure as well as in a flexible way.
