工作职责：
1.确保仓库的管理层明确各部门战略目标的执行。
2.领导并支持各部门经理的日常工作。
3.与总部高级管理层一同规划与设定预算及指标，确保目标的完成。
4.定期向总部的总监和总经理作常规报告。
5.建立各部门的组织架构，确保每位员工熟悉工作职责和流程。
6.监管和调整每个部门的工作进展，使公司发展利益最大化。
7.保持与总部商业拓展团队紧密合作，规划与制定合同的价格结构。
8.监管与支持warehouse的客户服务团队，维护现有和开拓目标群客户。
9.作为仓库经理，积极提升太古冷链在国内的形象，致力于将太古打造成冷链产业的领头公司。
10.维护与各级供应商的良好关系，保持良好的沟通和互动。
11.发展及实施战略，确保与关联股东方之间长远的商业合作关系的增长与发展。

任职资格：
1．5年及以上的仓库管理经验，有丰富的供应链管理经验。
2．有服务及相关行业的工作经验，熟悉仓库运输业的相关立法制度，行业惯例和标准。
3．维护内外业务关系，完成业务指标，实施策略确保仓库未来的发展和盈利。
4．具备较强的领导力，创新能力组织协调能力，沟通能力，逻辑思维能力。
5．组织和协调各个级别的工作安排，具有较强的客户服务意识。
6．带领团队完成业绩指标，完成预算报表。
7．协助销售设定价格体系，协调员工在工作中遇到的难题。
8．拥有管理200到300名员工的经验。
9．作为一名有影响力的领导，能自信、主动积极地展开各项工作，营造良好的工作氛围。
10．具有良好的英语运用能力。
11. 符合企业文化，遵守公司规章制度，对企业忠诚，负责的工作态度。

Main Responsibilities:
1.To ensure all members of the Site Management team are aware and understand the objectives and strategies of their respective departments. This includes safety customer service and cost to serve as key components.
2.To provide day to day leadership and support for the Managers.
3.Formulate and set budget targets and parameters with the Executive HO senior management team for the Managers to ensure overall targets are achieved or exceeded.
4.Produce clear and concise written reports as directed by the Director and General Manager of SPCS
5.To ensure an appropriate organisational structure is in place for each department, which is staffed by employees who know what is expected of them and who are appropriately trained and supported.
6.Continuously monitor the activities and performance of each department making any necessary adjustments in order to maximise profits.
7.Liaise closely with the HO BD management who formulate and set pricing structures for the Contracts which are consistent with retaining the business.
8.Monitor and support your customer service site personnel, including your direct involvement in selling the credentials of your site services to prospective and existing customers.
9.As the Site Manager, actively promote Swire in order to lift national image and ensure we are seen as a proactive cold chain industry contributor.
10.Maintain healthy and beneficial relationships with all levels of the supply chain by entertaining and organising constructive feedback, dialogue and communication.
11.Develop and implement strategies, which will ensure the future growth and development of the business relationship between related stakeholders.

Experience, Qualification and other Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years work experience within warehousing, distribution or manufacturing environments at a senior business level.
2.Experience in service industry and industrial relations .
3.Highly knowledgeable in warehousing and transport industry, Knowledge of relevant legislation, industry practices and standards.
4.Manage a team of people to achieve budget targets,understanding budget and reporting functions.
5.Experience in successfully operating a profit centre in both warehousing and distribution.
6.Ability to manage internal and external business relationships in order to meet business goals,develop and implement strategies to ensure future growth and profitability.
7.Ability to develop people,previous people and team leadership experience of at least 200 to300 staff,experience in the construction and implementation of staff salaries.
8.Knowledge of sales and ability to assist in setting pricing structures,ability to provide solutions to business problems.
9.Empathy, leadership and strong communication and listening skills.
10.Loyalty, commitment and clear understanding of company guidelines.
11.Ability to communicate at all levels, strong customer service focus, commercial drive.
12.Analytical and Conceptual thinking,accept responsibility,self confidence,take initiative, able to have impact and influence on others.
