主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

出纳向资金主管汇报，主要负责办理本单位的现金收付、银行结算及有关账务，保管库存现金、及有关票据等工作

The Cashier reports to the Treasury Supervisor . He /She is responsibility of cashier is to make daily payment and reception smoothly, keeping cash on hand and check voucher.

1.完整有效保管可用于支付的空白凭证, 支票。

Keep check and finance documents perfectly.

2.出纳收到现金或支票收入，填写现金收入传票，确认收入来源并在系统内登记入账。

Cashier receives cash or check and fills in the cash receipt voucher then forwards it with attachment to accountant for book keeping.

3.每月根据收到的AP会计手工编制的付款清单, 依据付款规则在财务系统（Oracle）中选定付款银行。

According to the CFME PAYMENT REPORT prepared by AP Accountant, select payment bank of REQUEST FOR PAYMENT every month.

4.根据财务系统（Oracle）付款报告, 填制相关支付凭证并在Oracle 系统完成支付凭证。

Fill in payment document according to payment detail printed from Oracle and pay in Oracle system

5.出纳月末填写现金收入传票, 转帐支票有关票据使用情况表，并交文件控管员进行审核及归档。

Cashier receives cash or check and fills in the cash receipt voucher then forwards it with attachment to accountant for book keeping.

6.每日按时登记银行日记账。

Finish Cash in bank daily ledger.

7.月末对Oracle 系统中银行存款余额，日记账余额及银行对账单余额进行比较，在系统内完成银行科目调节表。

Compare the balance of Cash in bank among Oracle, cash in bank daily ledger and the balance provides from the specific bank, and make sure that the balance of cash is ok.

任职要求/Qualification

具备的基本录用条件/have qualifications

1.学历及专业：大专或以上学历，会计、金融或相关专业。

Degree &Major: College graduate or above, major in finance or accounting related.

2.工作经验：一年以上在正规公司从事出纳工作的经验。

Work Experience: At least 1 years experience in handing cashier affairs in a well established company.

3.外语水平：良好的英语能力（听，说和写）。

Foreign Language Level: Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing.

4.其他：良好的沟通能力及抗压能力。

Others: Good communicate and resist pressure.

1.外资或合资制造企业出纳工作经验。

Working experience in JV manufacturing cashier.

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately.
