Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive adherence to Current Model Quality Operating System (CMQOS) in each APA engine plant.
• Drive quicker resolution of top quality issues along with PVT of each engine plant based on Quality Data indicators: TGW, R/1000 and CPU.
• Analyze customer data to prioritize existing field and in-plant concerns.
• Identify, define and analyze quality issues in the field and Assembly Plant.
• Determine root cause of issues applying the appropriate Quality tools (G8D, 6-sigma,etc.).
• Determine and implement cost and time effective containment & permanent actions for each of the team-prioritized concerns, which are identified as being related to customer quality.
• Prepare status reports on resolution and timing of changes to update management and support management reviews.

Candidate Specification:

• Bachelor degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
• More than 2 years experience
• Professional Exposure:DFMEA, DVP,PVP, GD&T, APQP, PPAP, 8D/6-Sigma, Manufacturing Process
• Working experience in Automobile/ Engine plant quality department
• Understanding of automotive operations and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with problem solving methodologies (i.e. G8D, 6-panel).
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and components' function
• Ability to driving vehicles with manual transmission.
• Microsoft Office management (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• English proficiency, Written and oral communication skills.
• Taking the initiative and identifying innovative ways to solve problems and produce results.
• Capability to deliver effective work in a team environment to solve difficult problems with a positive attitude.
• Gaining cooperation, support, and commitment from coworkers without relying on formal authority.
