职位描述
Quality Assurance
1. Customer complain responding , corrective action follow up.
2. Response for stopping the line as any serious quality
3. Take part in quality system implementation, maintenance.
4. Response for process quality control and final product.
5. Collect process quality data and quality trend analysis.
6. Support Quality director and sorcing team for the supplier develop and quality control
New Project quality planning, validation and quality control
1. Design the validation protocol together with the project team.
2. Work out the related document for Medical project, as DMR, DHR, FMEA, C/P etc.
3. Summarize the validation report together with the project team.
4. Design quality plan, inspection instruction, and test method for new project.
5. Training for inspector for quality plan, inspection instruction and test method.
Quality system maintenance (optional)
1. Response for audit from 2nd and3rd
2. Internal audit planning/ implementation/ reporting/Corrective action follow up.
3. Management review Meeting
4. Legal and regulatory requirement management.
5. Monitoring the DCC and assure the effectiveness.
