职位描述
PURPOSE / MISSION:
Pilot deployment of the eRetailing program in the country (project [Marketplace: the partner channel])
Negotiate with local stakeholders (Pure Players & Click & Mortars) to improve the positioning of company and increase sales of our POS and Vet products to dog and cat owners through the cross-channel model B2B2C
Share its eRetailing experience within the subsidiary and throughout the company eRetailing community for promoting, shaping, enriching the eRetailing model of the company.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit / benchmark actors (PP / C & M) on the market and their actions to identify opportunities and build the country's roadmap
Coordinate activities with the support teams (webmaster, marketing, traffic,)
Define local KPI (only if different than the group)
Measure actions and share the results within the subsidiary
Bringing expertise and advice in the subsidiary
Disseminate tools / solutions / services available and ensure their efficient use by customers
Contribute to the eRetailing community (MyBuzz community site - Share & Learn)
Contents of the function:
The transversality of the post is subject to a strong constraint of the company, since the main domains belong to other departments of the company (ie. communication, IT, logistics, marketing…)
This position requires project management in a mode of strong interaction with other services / businesses.
This position has a direct role in policy of change management in line with the company objective to open a new distribution channel.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a real player for eCommerce either for a retailer (chain) or a renowned brand (luxury, car accessories ...) with a specialized distribution
Previous experience as a sales representative, or key-account or eRetailer
Strong competence in negotiation
IS literate and familiar in using business intelligence tools (web reporting, KPI dashboard)
Good knowledge of new information technologies
Ability to project management in agile mode
English mandatory
