Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Responsible for China Business Development & Operations, reporting to the Global CEO.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and proposing actions to develop them,licensing IP to local players and managing relationship with partners and strategic customers. (e.g. partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, merger or acquisitions, disinvestments)
Setting up and negotiate relevant agreements.
Establishing high-level institutional contacts, leading business partners relationships and supporting statutory activities.
Key contact person in the region between China Office and HQ, as well as the Chief Negotiator in charge of any agreement dealing with Regional Alliances.
Requirements:
Bachelor or above Degree. MBA is a plus.
At least 10 years of business development experience, most of them in China.
High capacity for strategic thought in microeconomics, finance, market research and analysis and basic marketing tool kit (market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing).
Strong capability in managing relations with the Customers.
Strong experience in B2B market and in particular in the Automotive Industry.
Experiences in Foreign Invested Companies, and in dealing with JVs.
Strong in negotiation.
Good in presentations capabilities.
Holding Euro Passport.
