？Work as a key co-ordination role for new product launch & product renovation project
？Support national group product manager to liaise between H/Q, region team and cross functional team to develop marketing plan
？Flawless execution to drive and support business growth in China.

？New product launch quantities and the sales performance
？On time renovation & cost controlling
？Marketing tools & materials quality and quantity
？Good budget control record
？Developing annual marketing plan evolved from China strategy map and marketing strategy.
？Deeply understanding market needs and foresee the industry trends to developing channel product innovation plan & price strategy.
？Responsible for local product renovation according to H/Q revamping plan.
？Transfer from H/Q or local develop related marketing tools & communication materials according to China local needs, and conduct successful roll out
Budget planning, control & tracking

Background Experience, Qualifications & Functional Competence Required
？Good communication skill and presentation skill
？Fluent MS-office user
？Good command of English
？Budget control & tracking system building capability
？At least 10yrs product management experience in multinational company , food related industry is a plus
？Bachelor degree or above
