REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
Subordinates: CRM Executive
JOB OBJECTIVE:
？To serve more pets with individualized service leveraging CRM system
？To ensure successful retention to support company sustainable growth & professional image
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES：
？Initiate annual PRM program with understanding of pet owners’ purchase behavior and pets growth path
？Work with agency to ensure communication of materials with high engagement
？Work with agency to deep analyze pet owner purchase behavior and find out opportunity for further enhancing retention rate
？Work with CC team to create effective ‘leads conversion’ program to enlarge member pool
？Manage PRM budget to ensure optimized return and quality of premium
？Regularly track members’ satisfaction of PRM program and follow up with proper actions
？Link PRM with potential E-business to fully utilize PRM system to retain new users
TIME ORIENTATION
？70% in Head office, 30% travel
？40% understanding pet owner behavior
？40% develop & execute PRM programs
？20% work with CC team to optimize efficiency of programs
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
KEY EXPERIENCES
？At least 4-5 years CRM experience in multinational company
？Good communication skill and presentation skill
？Fluent MS-office user
？Good command of English , French is an advantage
？Budget control & tracking system building capability
DESIRED EDUCTATION
？Bachelor degree or above
KEY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
？Initiate thoughts & plan rather than ‘take order’
？Enthusiasm of new ideas and new way of connect consumers
？Strong analysis skill to discover the information behind numbers
？Strong communication skill set to work well with different functions or vendors
？Ability of go detail to ensure flawless execution
