职位描述
Reports to: National Sales Director
Location: Shanghai
Job Description
?Giving Trade Marketing, Sales Capability Development, promotion, marketing, CMT and other relative sales system about sales information and data supporting.
?Making sure all the information in our sale system is correct.
?Optimizing sales information and data according to business developing.
?Working with IT team to develop and managing the sales information system including UFIDA, PDA, CUBE and Qlikview in response to the business demands in both frontline and background.
?Providing training and helpdesk supporting to field sales team to implement the above sales information systems efficiently.
?Defining, publicizing and training sale KPI for line manager’s review.
?Initiating the review and change of existing sales incentive program to drive the high performance of sales team.
?Providing Sales KPI report to CMT, APCP and top cities.
?Providing Sales data analysis and supporting to top cities line managers.
?Developing report format for distributor business review and region sales execution tracking.
?Consolidating Annual Sales Plan and Analysis.
?Setting up Sales execution rules and publicizing to sales.
?Tracking sales execution by field visiting and giving suggestions and coaches to sales managers.
?Working with sales capability team to improve sales in store fundamental execution abilities.
?Working as project leader of distribution project, coordinating cross function support to drive project successfully.
?Market price collecting and reporting to management team.
?Optimizing sales relative process to support sales team daily work, also making the SOP and sales action aligned with company’s criterion or mitigate risks.
KEY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
?Strong strategic thinking ability, good planning, drive for on time quality completion of sales project
?Experience on team development and building cohesive team organization
?Strong influencing skills, negotiating power, mental agile, people management
?Market strategy and development
?Professional skills and integrity
KEY EXPERIENCES
?with at least 5 - 7 years business leadership experience
?within about 5 years working experience at multinational FMCG companies,
?preferably (priority given to those) with experience in pet or Nutritional industry
?Strong business acumen
?Good coach and mentor
DESIRED EDUCATION
?Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent, MBA is a plus
?Good level of English in oral, read and write
