职位描述
REPORTS TO: China CFO
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Be responsible for indirect purchasing/sourcing responsibility for the country incl. sourcing process reengineering and design, vendor selection and negotiation and contract management under supervision of manager
?Set up category related strategy and actions for country and regional assigned sourcing category to ensure cost reduction targets being realized
?Leading strategic sourcing projects for bundling and consolidations across divisions and regions
?Conduct category sourcing analysis & market surveys
?Purchasing/Operational procedures execution as required
?Responsible for documentation/achieving of sourcing contracts & vendor qualification documents in consistent manner according to sourcing Guideline
?Monthly and quarterly report on spend data and contract status, Savings, vendor KPIs etc
?Organize internal meetings & vendor meetings
QUALIFICATION
?At least 5 years working experience in purchasing and/or sourcing in China, good experience in FMCG or health care related area.
?Must have experience in sourcing market in indirect areas like IT, conference meeting etc a strong plus
?Experience of coordinated and consolidated sourcing projects across different sites, plants or BUs preferred
?Excellent negotiation skills and command of written and oral English
?Experience in Project management preferred
?Able to work effectively across functions and strong ability to work under pressure
