职位描述
PURPOSE:
?Responsible for the factory operating activity during his shift, and supervise the operator working under the Global Food safety and personal safety policy, ensure all the operation activity complying with the SOP/requirement
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
?Production supervision and monitoring
?Ensure personal safety and food safety during shift
?Troubleshooting ability
?Project support
?Non conformity and CCP compliance
?Safety compliance and ergonomic improvements
?Quality and food safety compliance
?Mechanical micro investigations
?Benchmarking within network
?Organize training for associates and multi skill program implement
?Traceability check and conform
?KPI management and CI project team follow up
?Fulfillment of production order ？
?Sample plan/cleaning result achievement
?Full responsibility for the people during the night shift
?Build and coordinate intervention team in case of emergency
?Insure respect of production planning for grinding, extrusion , packing and expedition in term of quantity, quality and time.
?Organize the people attendance to answer the production plan requirement
?Manage break time.
?Ensure optimized usage of the production lines and can organize downgraded work.
?Manage priority of missing products and shortage
Background Experience & Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree or equivalent, engineering background preferred ？
?5years Previous experience in food / feed process/FMCG industry ？
?English: read, written, spoken ？
?Fully functional Microsoft Office software ？
?Good communication & negotiation skills, Initiative, Self motivated, Team player, Safety & Hygiene & Quality conscious, Technically inclined, Management skills ？
